Mercy Saladrigas is Of Counsel to Del Cristo, Fernandez & Monje and is currently President of the Latin Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the United States (CAMACOL). Ms. Saladrigas focuses her practice on general civil litigation, including foreclosure defense, real estate law, debtor’s rights, and bankruptcy.  Ms. Saladrigas is an experienced trial attorney.  During her legal career, Ms. Saladrigas has litigated hundreds of cases and has been instrumental in hundreds of residential and commercial real estate transactions, including the sale, purchase and construction of the Camacol Tower in Miami, a project that currently houses over 100 low-income seniors as well as Camacol’s office.

Ms. Saladrigas also has several years of complex litigation and bankruptcy litigation experience.  She has helped many individuals and companies navigate through financial hardships, creating fiscally sound strategies that will help ensure their future success.
